By donating in order to obtain rewards using our shop you agree to the following terms laid out below:
1. Definition of a Donation: A donation is a voluntary contribution to our server, and we are rewarding you for donating to support our server. In no way are you purchasing anything from us.
2. Refund Policy: Under no circumstances will a refund be given, nor are you entitled to a refund in any way. If you are removed from the server due to any reason stated by a staff member, or the server closes, no refunds will be given out.
3. Chargeback Policy: Issuing a chargeback will result in immediate removal from the server our website, and you will be flagged for chargeback on all Enjin affiliated websites. If you chargeback a purchase you made for another player, the purchaser will be banned - not the player you purchased for.
4. Removal/Changes of Features: The Staff of Medieval Lords reserve the right to change or remove any of the features associated with your donation reward. You will not be given a refund if we decide to remove or change any of the features on our server.
5. Exemption from Rules: By donating, you understand that you are NOT exempt from being punished nor exempt from following our rules. Under no circumstances will you be given a refund if you are removed from our server or website.
